CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment(s) are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 24 hour window, I miss the opportunity to schedule appointments with guests on my waiting list. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service amount. No - Shows will be charged 75% of the booked service amount; you will be considered a "no show" if you don't show up within 15 minutes of your appointment start time.
